Watch the local waters of Vancouver come alive this holiday season on a dinner and dance cruise.

The Carol Ship tradition began in Vancouver 45 years ago with one boat decorated with Christmas lights sailing in Coal Harbor. Today, the Parade of Lights is a flotilla of brightly colored vessels decorated with a total of more than 150,000 lights!

Celebrate the season as a guest aboard one of the Carol Ships. Christmas carolers will put you in the holiday spirit as you feast on a holiday menu featuring slow-roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham and eggplant parmesan. Afterwards, the on-board DJ will keep the good times rolling as you dance the night away, and a delightful selection of special holiday libations will be available for purchase to keep everyone jolly and bright!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the vessel wheelchair accessible? -- The vessels are wheelchair possible, meaning that wheelchairs are able to fit on the vessel but there are no wheelchair accessible restrooms.

What should we wear on the cruise? -- This dinner cruise is semi-formal, so wear something that you would put on to go to a nice restaurant. The interior decks are fully heated, but there are outside decks, so plan to bring a warm jacket for going outside.

Will I be seated with people I do not know on the cruise? -- Each party has their own table (similar to a restaurant) so you will not be seated with other guests.

Is the dinner served buffet style? -- Yes, the dinner cruise is served buffet style. If you require help with your plate going up and down stairs, the cruise staff would be more than happy to assist you.

Are beverages included in the price of the cruise? -- Coffee and Tea is included with dinner. The cruise operator is fully licensed, and has all other beverages for sale.

Does the cruise still sail when it rains or snows? -- The cruise will sail in rain or snow. In rare cases of extremely high winds or thick fog, the ship's captain will make the decision to not sail if it is unsafe to do so.

Is smoking allowed onboard? -- Smoking is not allowed on-board the vessels, however there are plenty of outside decks that are available for smokers.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
