Tour / Activity Details
24 Hours Minimum Advance Booking Required. Tour includes complimentary pick-up and drop-off at most downtown Vancouver and Richmond hotels, plus selected North Vancouver hotels. There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

The situation due to COVID-19 remains fluid and is therefore subject to change.
The Tour Operator's Safety Measures:
The safety of both staff and guests is the primary concern. Here are the steps implemented for everyone's safety in the tour office and on guided tours to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:
- All guests over 12 years of age are required to be fully vaccinated.
- Face coverings (cloth masks) are mandatory for all guests aged 2 years and older and for guides while in tour vehicles. Please bring your own mask if you have one, or otherwise, one will be provided.
- All vehicles/tours are equipped with hand sanitizer.
- Guests and guides must sanitize their hands each time they board and disembark the vehicle.
- Hard surfaces and high touchpoints in the vehicle will be disinfected after each tour.
- Vehicles will be cleaned thoroughly using proper disinfectant after every tour.

Itinerary
- SEA TO SKY HIGHWAY - Travel from Vancouver to Whistler via the spectacular Sea to Sky Highway. Enjoy coastal views of Howe Sound, a glacier fjord caused by erosion, and snow-capped mountains.
- SHANNON FALLS - Walk to the base of Shannon Falls, the third-highest waterfall in BC. Feel the power of the falls as the water comes rushing down.
- SQUAMISH ADVENTURE CENTRE - A quick stop here is the perfect opportunity for a coffee and snack. Also use this chance to book your desired Whistler activity with your tour guide.
- WHISTLER VILLAGE - During your free time, browse through the various stores featured along the cobblestone paths, walk along the forest trails and purchase a meal at one of the world-class restaurants. If you’d like to explore with an add-on activity, talk to your tour guide about booking a trip to the Scandinave Spa, ziplining or another activity.
Tour Vehicles
- Comfortable mini-coaches seating up to 30 passengers and offering exceptional visibility.
- They are outfitted with heating & air-conditioning for your comfort.
- Live tour commentary is conducted in English by friendly, experienced, award-winning Tour Guides.
- Guests must provide their own child safety seats for children requiring them, or small children may ride on the lap of an adult.
What to Wear
- Dress in layers.
- Wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes.
- Depending on the weather, you should also consider bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, gloves and a waterproof outer layer.
- You can store all excess items in the tour vehicle while you are exploring.
Accessibility
- Guests should prepare for a moderate level of walking on this tour, with inclines present.
- Unpaved pathways are present at Shannon Falls in order to reach the viewing platform.
