There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Crystal Lodge Lobby - Have a cocktail before the tour starts in Basalt Lounge above lobby.

Stop 1
Melissa Craig, winner the 2008 Canadian Culinary Championships, prepares a delicious seasonal amuse bouche tasting plate to be enjoyed following a wine cellar tour and sabering (chopping bottle open). Pairing: 3oz glass BC sparkling wine

Stop 2
Share plates of Cajun crusted blackened Ahi tuna and beef tenderloin in a teriyaki sauce garnished with sesame seeds or vegetable spring rolls on a bed of fresh green and field strawberries. Pairing: 3oz glass BC red or white

Stop 3
Full main course choice of wild sockeye salmon filet with an orange dijon glaze, pickled fennel and arugula salad or veal scaloppine with bocconcini, tomato, and basil. Both sided with owner Antonio's signature Quattro pasta - olive oil, black beans, minced chicken, and chilis. Wild mushroom risotto dish available for vegetarians. Pairing: 3oz glass BC red or white

Stop 4
What local dining tour would be complete without a stop into the only chocolate shop in Whistler where the products are freshly made. Guests enjoy a delicious piece of homemade fudge or bowl of ice cream.

Stop 5
Finish the evening with Chef's artisan cheese plate accompanied with local craft jelly. Guests often kick back in the lounge atmosphere for coffee, tea or cocktails following the tour. Pairing: 1oz glass BC icewine

Menus can be altered to accommodate vegetarians and most dietary requests. Tour lineup and menus are subject to restaurant availability and may change without notice.

 

Wine Pairings (additional cost)
You will first be served a 3 oz. glass of sparkling wine after one of the guests chops open the bottle with a sword at Bearfoot Bistro. The next two restaurants will serve a 3 oz. glass of your choice between a red or white wine and you will finish with a 1 oz. glass of BC's famous icewine. The price includes associated gratuities and is an unbelievable value for guests wishing to have wine with their dinner.

 

Dress Code (Smart Resort Casual)
The most important thing is to dress weather-appropriate to be outside. All the venues are in the village and never more than 5 minutes apart, but it is definitely recommended that you wear comfortable footwear. If it is raining, your guide will provide umbrellas.
