Tour does NOT include hotel pick up; convenient meeting location in the main village will be provided on your E-Ticket. Rates are in US dollars and include gratuities for servers. There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Start the evening at the Audain Art Museam for a quick browse and overview of the evening with your tour guide!
Elements has one of the best fresh sheet menus in town. Chef Dom serves a delicious pan-seared and baked salmon over a bed of fresh vegetables or a barley and lentil croquet topped with sautéed kale & tomato relish. Pairing: 3oz glass BC red or white
Your mouth will water when they serve fresh house made beef sliders accompanied by an assortment of delicious sides like pan-fried Pemberton potatoes. Pairing: 3oz glass BC red or white or local beer tasting
For the full main course, guests have the option between maple brined chicken with freshly baked cornbread and veggies, ling cod with grilled pineapple and braised purple cabbage, or a vegetarian farmer's bowl with seasonal veggies topped with red pepper coconut yogurt and chimichurri puree. Pairing: 3oz glass BC red or white
What dining tour would be complete without a stop into Canada's first and finest chocolatier? While guests enjoy a unique and delicious icewine truffle, infused with real BC icewine, the friendly staff will share some history.
Chef's choice of seasonal dessert (ie. warm apple tart or berry crumble or local artisan cheese plate with craft jelly). Guests often kick back for coffee, tea, cocktails or pints following the tour. Pairing: 1oz glass BC icewine
Menus can be altered to accommodate vegetarians and most dietary requests. Tour lineup and menus are subject to restaurant availability and may change without notice.
Wine Pairings (additional cost)
You will first be served a 3 oz. glass of sparkling wine after one of the guests chops open the bottle with a sword at Bearfoot Bistro. The next two restaurants will serve a 3 oz. glass of your choice between a red or white wine and you will finish with a 1 oz. glass of BC's famous icewine. The price includes associated gratuities and is an unbelievable value for guests wishing to have wine with their dinner.
Dress Code (Smart Resort Casual)
The most important thing is to dress weather-appropriate to be outside. All the venues are in the village and never more than 5 minutes apart, but it is definitely recommended that you wear comfortable footwear. If it is raining, your guide will provide umbrellas.
