There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

ACTIVITIES
The mighty bridge itself stretches 450 feet (137m) across and 230 feet (70m) above Capilano River. The twenty-seven acre park offers a variety of exciting many things to do. Treetops Adventure is the park's newest attraction - seven suspension bridges through the evergreens taking you up to 100 feet (30m) above the forest floor.

Guided nature tours, the Kids' Rainforest Explorer program and Living Forest exhibit enhance this unique rainforest encounter. Enjoy musical entertainment and First Nations carving demonstrations. Entertainment is provided throughout the day during park hours.

Take photos at the Totem Park and with the Capilano Tramps. Top it off with a visit to the gift shop full of quality merchandise from all over Canada and great homemade fudge! It's all in a day's fun at Capilano Suspension Bridge. The park's decor and costumes reflect an 1890s theme, and during the high season, park employees entertain guests with musical performances and skits.

Be Sure to wear comfortable walking shoes!

*Please note: the suspension bridge is not wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair access is restricted to the east side of the park only; as such, visitors in wheelchairs receive complementary admission into the park, to enjoy attractions such as the totem park, story centre, carving centre and gift shop.

10am - 5pm with extended hours to 9pm on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and every day December 16 - 30 (except December 24 10am - 5pm)
